Senior Executive - International Marketing

We are seeking a Senior Executive (International Marketing) to drive business development and export operations in ores, minerals, and ferro alloys. The role involves global market expansion, client relationship management, sales execution, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new overseas markets for ores, minerals, and ferro alloys.
Track demand-supply trends, global pricing, and policies in target regions worldwide.
Generate new business inquiries, prepare quotations, invoices, and sales contracts.
Negotiate commercial terms while supporting sales target achievement.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with international buyers and agents.
Ensure timely communication, product updates, and effective after-sales support.
Coordinate export documentation including LC, BL, COO, and customs clearance.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, EXIM policies, and buyer country regulations.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain updated MIS reports on sales pipeline, customer status, and forecasts.
Provide senior management updates on global market trends and competitor activities.

Required Experience

2–6 years of experience in international marketing, export-import, or commodity trading.
Exposure to ores, minerals, ferro alloys, or metals industry is highly desirable.
Experience handling international clients, distributors, and trading houses preferred.
Proven success in market development, contract negotiation, and sales target achievement.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, Marketing, Metallurgy, or Mining.
MBA/PGDM in International Business or Marketing preferred.
Strong knowledge of ores, minerals, and ferro alloys with global market understanding.
Proficiency in export documentation including LC, BL, COO, and packing list.
Ability to prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize export orders.
Strong in Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM tools for client management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset for pricing, market research, and global trade compliance.
Willingness to travel overseas for exhibitions, client meetings, and trade fairs.
